Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a remover which economically and highly removes dioxins, organic chlorine compounds, nitrogen oxides, and sulfur oxides from exhaust gas. SOLUTION: The remover for the organic chlorine compounds, the nitrogen oxides, and the sulfur oxides can be obtained through heat treatment of soil composed mainly of hydrated iron oxide at ≥200°C and ≤500°C, and a method for producing the same is also provided.
