Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter unit with a fan not almost increasing the pressure loss or air sent from the fan without increasing the size of a sound deadening box and having a high noise reducing effect. SOLUTION: This filter unit with the fan is constituted so as not only to blow air sucked by the fan into a pressure chamber to straighten the same but also to clean the sucked air through the filter arranged on the downstream side of the pressure chamber to blow off the same. The sound deadening box is provided so as to communicate with the blowoff port of the fan and a sound absorbing plate is provided in the cross section in the air flow direction of the sound deadening box so as to be parallel to the air flow direction.
