Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even not highly skilled people such as short-term part-timers or long-term part-timers to serve, with a short cooking time, fried food that has good taste and texture, and is still tasty even when it gets cold. SOLUTION: A fry cooking apparatus F1 is made of ancillary equipment for fry cooking A1 and a fryer 5 combined together. The ancillary equipment for fry cooking A1 consists of a controller 1, a driving device 2, a container basket 3, and an installation platform 4. The driving device 2 is provided with a hoisting rod 23. The container basket 3 is attached to an attaching member 24 at the bottom part of the hoisting rod 23 in a detachable manner. The container basket 3 is moved up and down between inside and outside the oil and can swing upward and downward inside the oil as well as outside the oil.
