Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative or high-performance locking member improved in strength of hook-and-loop fastener in addition to excellent appearance by obtaining a laminated body comprising a leather-like sheet and a hook-and-loop fastener, the reverse sides of which are firmly adhered to each other. SOLUTION: In this laminated body of leather-like sheet and hook-and-loop fastener, the reverse side of the leather-like sheet having a porous resin consisting of a polyurethane-based resin present on the reverse side is adhered to the reverse side of the hook-and-loop fastener through a polyurethane-based moisture hardenable hot melt adhesive.
