CULM UNLOADING APPARATUS FOR COMBINE HARVESTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the culm unloadability and separability of a culm unloading dropper for a combine harvester and to carry out accurate culm unloading action. SOLUTION: The culm unloading apparatus for a combine harvester has constitution that the dropper 1 for collecting, dropping and unloading threshed waste culms is driven through driving mechanism 2 by power to an unloading side and after the unloading, the dropper is returned by force of a spring 3. When the threshed waste culms are collected in the dropper 1, since the dropper 1 is driven through the driving mechanism 2 driven by power to the unloading side, a collected waste culm bundle by the dropper 1 is dropped and unloaded on the surface of a field. The dropper 1 from which the waste culms are unloaded is returned to an original waste culm collection position by return force of the spring 3. In this manner, every time the waste culms are collected, the dropper 1 is forcedly driven to the unloading side by power, the waste culm collected bundle is unloaded, after the unloading, the dropper 1 is rapidly returned by the force of the spring 3 and the forced driving and the return of the dropper are intermittently and alternately repeated.
