Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for trading consumable items which are recyclable. SOLUTION: Life assessment data about consumable items are acquired from a structure 6 which is a stationary facility mounted with fuel cells which are consumable items. The data are transmitted by a wireless circuit 8 or a wire circuit 7 to a degradation data collection unit 1 for accumulation. At the unit 1, life assessment is performed by using the life assessment data, and commercial negotiations are begun with the owner of fuel cells whose lives are over or would expire in the near future.
