FLOW RATE CONTROL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate control device capable of improving its reliability with simplified control systems by reducing items of measurement for controlling fluid machinery. SOLUTION: The flow rate control device is equipped with a flow rate measuring means 6 which measures an amount of discharged fluid pressure fed from a fluid machine 1 and a controller 7 which controls the number of revolutions of a driven shaft of the fluid machine 1 on the basis of the result of measurement by the flow rate measuring means 6. It comprises a flow-back path 10 which connects a discharging path 3 to an intake path 1a of the fluid machine 1 and returns the fluid in the discharging path 3 to the intake path 1a.
