IMAGE HOLDER STRUCTURE OF ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive image holder which improves image quality without elongating an image formed on an image holder against high pressure in fusion transfer for an image holder structure of an electrophotographic device employing a fusion transfer system. SOLUTION: A seamless image holder structure is formed by forming a foamed rubber layer which uses foamed rubber eliminating image elongation even in a state where the image holder is applied with high pressure in fusion transfer, a tensile strength fiber layer which uses tensile strength fiber preventing shearing deformation of the foamed rubber due to the rotation of the image holder in the presence of the high pressure, and a toner peeling rubber layer which uses a rubber material with small surface energy to carry out the fusion transfer directly on a roller mandrel in this order.
