Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder which can alleviate a troublesome operation of replacing a machining tool during a machining operation of a work by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The tool holder 1 includes a holder body 10 having one of ends fixed to a main shaft of a machine, a first holding mechanism 20 for holding a first machining tool 50 formed at the other end of the holder body 10, and a second holding mechanism 25 for holding a second machining tool 30 formed on a barrel 30 of the body 10.
