ON-VEHICLE TV RECORDING AND REPRODUCING EQUIPMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ensuring safety effectively when driving a vehicle and viewing TV broadcast. SOLUTION: In when a vehicle is running, only sound is reproduced and images are recorded on a recording medium 3, when a TV set 2 mounted on the vehicle receives TV broadcast. When it is determined that the vehicle is at a stop, from the vehicle speed data from a vehicle speed detecting sensor 15 or the like, image data which are recorded is read and reproduced with time shift, while recording of images on a recording medium is continued. When the capacity of image data not yet recorded is large, reproduction speed can be increased. It is also possible for a part whose the state of reception is inferior to be eliminated from reproduction.
