Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color image display system which can realize a high color reproducibility as to arbitrary colors. SOLUTION: A reference chromatic value of a specified color regarding N pieces of chromatic colors is inputted (step S1). On the basis of the reference chromatic value of the specified color, display is made at a display part and the display color at this time is measured by using a colorimeter to obtain a measured chromatic value (step S13). Then the color difference between the measured chromatic value obtained by the colorimeter and the reference chromatic value of the specified color is evaluated to evaluate a color image display performance of the display part (step S14). This processing is carried out for all of N pieces of specified colors and then the color matching states of the arbitrary chromatic colors can be evaluated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
