Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new detection method in which an Escherichia coli- originated thermostable diarrhea EAST1 peptide is detected surely, and to provide an antibody used for the detection method as well as to provide a reagent and a kit for detection which use the antibody. SOLUTION: The detection method is a method which is not yet established up to now and in which the Escherichia coli-originated thermostable enterotoxin EAST1 peptide is detected by an immunoreaction trial process, in which an anti-EAST1 antibody used to specifically recognize the Escherichia coli- originated thermostable enterotoxin EAST1 peptide is manufactured, and in which the anti-EAST1 antibody is reacted with a specimen as a detection object of the EAST1 peptide; and an immunoreaction decision process which decides whether an immunoreaction due to the anti-EAST1 antibody exists or not.
