Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide method and device for obtaining dry crop of high quality by efficiently drying crop having a high moisture content after a harvest. SOLUTION: This drying device is provided with a drying chamber 10 for storing crop, a dry air supplying means 11 for supplying dry air into the drying chamber 10 and a dry air adjusting means 18 for adjusting a drying degree of air within the drying chamber 10. Dry air is supplied to the drying chamber 10 by operating the dry air supplying means 11. A drying processing is performed for a crop such as soybeans, while adjusting the drying degree of air within the drying chamber 10 to a range set in advance. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
