Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat-radiation efficiency in a gas cooler of a refrigerant circuit using a CO2refrigerant. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with a multiple stage compression type rotary compressor 10, and the gas cooler 154, and the CO2refrigerant delivered from the rotary compressor 10 is heat-radiated in the gas cooler 154. The gas cooler 154 is constituted of a plurality of heat-exchangers 159A-159C comprising a refrigerant piping 151 and a radiation fin 152 attached heat- exchangeably to the refrigerant piping 151, the heat-exchangers 159A-159C are connected in series to a flow of the refrigerant, and the radiation fins 152 of the adjacent heat-exchangers 159A-159C are arranged to be separated each other.
