Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window part load reducing system capable of achieving energy saving of a window part inexpensively and simply. SOLUTION: This window part load reducing system 35 is provided with a cylindrical light shelf 5 which is attached to an inner side of the window part 3 of a building 1 substantially horizontally on a lower side from an upper end 3a of the window part 3 by a predetermined distance over the direction of frontage, has a vertical cross section in a flat shape, has inlet ports 13 on upper and lower faces 9, 11, and reflects sunlight 7 taken in through the window part 3 on the upper face 9 to apply the light to a ceiling face 19 as indirect illumination light, and an exhaust fan connected with the inside of the cylindrical light shelf 5 through an exhaust duct to exhaust air sucked through the inlet port 13 to the outside.
