Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep sealing property of a seal member provided between a boss member and a connection pin in a satisfactory condition for a long time. SOLUTION: A dust seal 19 composed of an outer peripheral face part 19A, an end face part 19B, and a lip part 19C is integrally formed using a resin material having high strength, and a projecting part 12C for locking the dust seal 19 in the axial direction is provided on an inner peripheral side of an arm boss 12. Consequently, even if heat is generated due to friction between a bush 14 and the connection pin 17, leaving of the lip part 19C from the dust seal 19 is suppressed, and sealing property of the dust seal 19 is maintained in a satisfactory condition for a long time. Moreover, when the dust seal 19 is inserted and fitted into a seal fitting hole 12B of the arm boss 12, the projecting part 12C is caught in the outer peripheral face part 19A of the dust seal 19 to lock the dust seal 19 for the arm boss 12.
