Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous electroconductive dispersion used for static elimination, electromagnetic wave shielding, dew condensation prevention, etc., which has a low electrical resistivity at the level of 100-10-2(Ωcm) controlled by concentrations and the mix ratio of carbon black and graphite, and a structure for preventing dew condensation using this aqueous electroconductive dispersion which can prevent dew condensation through application of a low voltage current. SOLUTION: In the aqueous electroconductive dispersion, carbon black and graphite are mixed and dispersed in a synthetic resin aqueous dispersion. The electrical resistivity of a coating film formed from the dispersion is in functional relation with variables, i.e., the total concentration of the carbon black and graphite added against the total solid content of the dispersion and the mix ratio of graphite to carbon black. Based on the functional relation, the total concentration and the mixing ratio that give a desired electrical resistivity of the coating film are calculated, and the calculated amounts of carbon black and graphite are added.
