SOLUTION: The pigment dispersed composition contains a binder resin, a pigment, a pigment dispersant containing a compound of general formula (III), and a solvent containing compounds of general formulae: R1-OH (I) and/or R2(OH)R3-CO-R4(II) (wherein R1is a ≥3C alkyl group, R2is a ≥2C alkyl group, R3is a ≥1C alkylene group, R4is a ≥1C alkyl group, R5is an alkyl, aryl, alkoxy or aryloxy group, R6is a lower dialkylamino, or a 5 or 6 membered nitrogen containing saturated heterocycle-substituted alkyl group, etc., X1and X2are each a single bond, -O-, -S-, etc., and A is a single bond or an alkylene group, etc).
