BLISTER PACK AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister pack showing good workability without causing a position gap between a right pasteboard and a reverse pasteboard and capable of stably housing an item to be housed and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The blister pack 16 housing the item P to be housed and suspended for exhibition comprises the right pasteboard 2 having an opening portion 6, a cover 10 having a jaw portion 11 in the circumferential margin and the reverse pasteboard 3 wherein the right pasteboard 2 and the reverse pasteboard 3 are made into one body via a folding line 4 and the jaw portion 11 of the cover 10 is pasted on the right pasteboard 2. The manufacturing method of the blister pack 16 comprises a process of placing the right pasteboard 2 and the reverse pasteboard 3 made into one body via the folding line 4 with their reverse surfaces upward, a process of applying paste 15a, 15b and 15c to the surrounding of the opening portion 6 of the reverse surface 2b of the right pasteboard 2, a process of pasting the cover 10 on the reverse surface 2b of the right pasteboard 2, a process of housing the item P to be housed in the cover 10 and a process of pasting the right pasteboard 2 and the reverse pasteboard 3 together.
