Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle fixed to a cylindrical container such as a powder milk can which facilitates its fixing or removal and its re-utilization and is capable of being fixed with a change in position of the handle. SOLUTION: A handle section 6 is formed at one end of a winding section 4 formed to cover a circumference and a lever 7 is formed at the other end of the winding section 4 so as to have an overlapped part 5 by a spring material. The lever 7 is hooked with a thumb to widen the winding section 4, thereby it can be fixed or removed through one finger-touch operation and further a changing of the fixing position can be carried out.
