METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a decorative sheet which enables the manufacturing cost to be relatively low by simplifying the manufacturing steps of a sheet-like decorative sheet. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the decorative sheet comprises the step of manufacturing the decorative sheet on a temporary base 22 in which releasability is imparted by laminating the surface of a support board 20 with a sheet 21. The method further comprises the steps of laminating the sheet 21 of the base 22 with a nonwoven fabric 23, an adhesive layer 24 and decorative paper 25, then hot pressing the laminated fabric 23, the layer 24 and the paper 25 together with the base 22 to form an integrated decorative paper 26 with the nonwoven fabric, thereafter forming a rugged resin layer 27a on the paper 26, rubbing a coloring agent 29 into the recess of the layer 27a to cure the agent, surface treating the layer 27a rubbed with the agent 29 into the layer 27a, then removing the base 22 to form the sheet-like decorative sheet.
