Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration apparatus which does wastefully not consume electric energy generated with a solar battery, does not need a large area solar battery, is compacted, and is also practically excellent with respect to cost. SOLUTION: This aeration apparatus is characterized by comprising a solar battery 1, a capacitor 3 for storing the generated electric energy, and a controller 4 for repeating an operation for supplying an electric power for an air pump 9, when the electric power is stored only in an amount capable of driving the air pump 9 for a constant time. The controller 4 may be provided with a switching element 8 and voltage-detecting circuits 5, 6 for monitoring the voltage of the capacitor 3, supplying the electric power for the air pump 9, when the voltage reaches a preliminarily set high level voltage or more, and stopping the supply, when the voltage is a low level voltage or less. The controller 4 may furthermore be provided with a timer circuit and a voltage-detecting circuit for detecting the voltage of the capacitor 3 and then closing a switch to supply the electric power for the air pump for a constant time, when the detected voltage becomes a preliminarily set voltage.
