ELECTRIC MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost of an electric motor by making the connection easy between a coil and a power feeding unit, and to make it easy to adjust an advance angle in motor having a position detecting means. SOLUTION: Each coil end 14 or 15 of a coil C is inserted into a coil end holding hole of a coil end holding member 16 provided in a motor housing body 4. A connection unit 20 has U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase connecting terminal plates 21, 22, and 23 to be connected with a controller 27 at a power feeding terminal 21c and the like and a neutral connection terminal plate 24. The unit 20 is pivotally held in the motor housing body 4. The coil ends 14 and 15 are inserted between the connection terminal unit of the connection terminal plates 21, 22, 23 and 24 and the holding face so that the coil C and the controller 27 are connected.
