Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blank panel preventing infiltration of dust into a unit-side connector, in the unit of communications equipment and protecting electrode pins in the unit-side connector. SOLUTION: Elastic bodies 102 are arranged in the blank panel 101 mounted on the extension slot of the unit 101 in the communications equipment, and the housing opening part of the unit-side connector 110 is brought into close contact with the elastic bodies 102. Thus, the infiltration of dust into the unit- side connector can be prevented, by making the shapes of the elastic bodies 102 to cover the opening part of the housing of the unit-side connector 110, to cover the outer face of the housing and to bring them into close contact with the inner face of the housing.
