Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dye-sensitization type solar battery superior in a photoelectric conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: This is comprised that an electroconductive support body, a porous photoelectric conversion layer to which a dye is made to be adsorbed, and an electroconductive layer are laminated in this order, and in the micropore volume change rate against the micropore radius of the porous photoelectric conversion layer, the micropore volume change rate of 20 mm3/nm.g or more is shown at a prescribed micropore radius.
