METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODEPOSITION BELLOWS, ELECTRODE HANGING HOOK, AND MANDREL FOR MANUFACTURING ELECTRODEPOSITION BELLOWS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrodeposited bellows, which stably fixes a mandrel to an electrode hanging hook and easily dissolves the mandrel after electroplating, and to provide the electrode hanging hook, and the mandrel for manufacturing the electrodeposited bellows. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the electrodeposited bellows (1) comprises a mandrel-attaching step of forming a female screw part (11) in a mandrel (6) approximately coaxially to its shaft center, and threadedly engaging the female screw part of the mandrel to the male screw part (18) of the electrode hanging hook (16), to attach the mandrel to the electrode hanging hook, an electroplating step of immersing the above mandrel into the plating liquid to electroplate it, a mandrel-detaching step of detaching the electroplated mandrel from the electrode hanging hook, and a mandrel-dissolving step for dissolving a body of the detached mandrel and removing the mandrel from the electroplated layer (26), to form the electrodeposited bellows.
