Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sludge control method by which a sludge trouble due to a radical can be prevented. SOLUTION: A fuel containing an olefinic hydrocarbon having one or more double bonds in its linear chain portion is mixed with a dissolved oxygen- containing liquid (mixing process). A soluble radical-trapping component capable of trapping a radical produced on the mixing of the fuel with the liquid is added and dispersed in both the fuel and the liquid (dispersion process). The soluble radical-trapping component is dispersed so that the diffusion degree of the added radical-trapping component in the solvent is close to the maximum diffusion degree in the solvent.
