COMMERCIAL TRANSACTION SUPPORT METHOD, SYSTEM AND DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support smooth electronic commercial transaction while distributing and managing commercial transaction information. SOLUTION: This system comprises servers 110-130 for merchandise supplying agents A, B and C, personal computers 210-230 for merchandise circulating agents X, Y and Z and a computer 300 for a mediating agent. A typical form for inputting information is downloaded from a typical form providing part 310 to the servers 110-130, and commercial transaction information is inputted to the typical form, and distributed and managed as information files F110-F130. A retrieval processing part 320 retrieves the files F110-F130 in response to retrieval instructions from the personal computers 210-230, and reports the result. A typical form for ordering is downloaded from the typical form providing part 310 to the personal computers 210-230, and ordering is instructed to an ordering processing part 330 by using the typical form.
