DIAGNOSTIC METHOD OF DETERIORATION OF FACILITY, AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic method of deterioration of a facility and its device which can diagnose deterioration condition of the facility, before reaching a status of the facility having to be stopped, efficiently conduct maintenance operations of the facility, and can keep sound operation. SOLUTION: Adjacent degree of measured data to diagnosis level value of each monitoring item about a plurality of monitoring items is calculated, and the ranking of troubles occurring in a plurality of monitoring items is calculated on the basis of the adjacent degree, when deterioration condition of a facility 1a is diagnosed with comparing the measured data in the facility 1a and the preset diagnosis level.
