UNIT BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a site by enabling the depth of a building to be greater up to the vicinity of a boundary of the site to the utmost, while making the depth thereof correspond to a north-side slant line of the site and a road slant line thereof. SOLUTION: In a unit building 1, there are juxtaposed a plurality of rectangular-parallelepiped type building units 10 which are made rectangular in a plan view and whose top surfaces are formed as horizontal planes A; a different type of building unit 20, whose top surface is formed as an inclined plane B along the direction of the juxtaposition of the building units 10, is juxtaposed at a juxtaposition-direction end of the building units 10; and in upper parts of the building units 10, a roof is composed of folded plates 14 long enough to extend over all the building units 10.
