Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an evaluating instrument with which a refractory nozzle can be tested by reviving the active using condition. SOLUTION: This instrument is provided with a melting furnace 1, a vacuum vessel 2 disposed at the upper part of the melting furnace 1 and having two opening parts 3a, 3b at the bottom part and fitting the refractory nozzle 5 for testing to the one side of the opening part 3b, an immersion tube 4 fitted to the other part of the opening part 3a of the vacuum vessel 2 at the upper end part and immersing into molten iron 10 held with the melting furnace 1 at the lower part and a gas supplying device 7 fitted to the immersion tube 4 and shifting the molten metal in the immersion tube into the vacuum vessel 2 side.
