Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expansible system allowing an information collector and distributor to easily and selectively introduce necessary system functions according to changes in the social environment surrounding such business. SOLUTION: An information management device for an information collector and distributor is connected via a communications network to a system providing device which a system provider owns. The system providing device has a plurality of kinds of collecting and distributing means for collecting and distributing information, and also has a selective registering means for selecting from the collecting and distributing means the collecting and distributing means adapted to the distributor's business and for registering it in the information management device.
