Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect the activity of cement in non-hardened state that is present in each kind of specimen such as water containing cement milk, mortar, concrete not hardened, or cement. SOLUTION: Since a current value does not decrease even if voltage is applied to only a sample where activity in which the hydration reaction of cement is not completed remains, a pair of electrodes for detection comprising an anode and a cathode is used. The value of current that flows when voltage is applied between the electrodes for detection is measured, and the activity of cement is judged based on the variation pattern of the current value.
