Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact heat exchanger of high heat exchange efficiency, and to provide a heat pump-type hot water supply device capable of performing heat pumping operation of high efficiency and using a CO2 refrigerant. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises a first heat exchanging tube 12A in which a heat exchanged liquid flows, and second heat exchanging tubes 12B in which a heating medium flows, A peripheral wall of the first heat exchanging tube 12A is provided with hollow parts 22 along its axial direction, and the second heat exchanging tubes 12B are buried in the hollow parts 12A.
