SOLUTION: This cooling storage using the combustible refrigerant for the cooling cycle is manufactured by a leakage inspection process 2 applying a gas pressure of 1 MPa or more to the inside and inspecting the leakage of the cooling cycle, a refrigerant sealing process 3 sealing the combustible refrigerant after finishing the leakage inspection process 2, and a sealing process 4 sealing a pipe after the refrigerant sealing process 3.
