Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure a foot rest space on a foot rest plate while a foot brake is provided, in a scooter vehicle. SOLUTION: A shaft guide 8 extending in the lateral direction of the vehicle below a foot rest plate Ps is fixed to a main pipe 3 provided in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle below the plate Ps. A brake shaft 9 interlocking with a wheel brake is fitted and supported rotatably at the shaft guide 8.
