Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oligonucleotide-fixing particles for capture and amplification of a nucleic acid exhibiting its greatest force for amplifying and detecting a target gene, particularly a rare gene or a gene limited in a specimen amount and to provide a method for simply and rapidly detecting the target gene by using these particles. SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide-fixing particle is obtained by fixing a single- stranded oligonucleotide having 26-80 bases and containing either one of a plurality of specific base sequences on the surface of water-insoluble solid phase carrier particles.
