MANAGING SYSTEM FOR USER-DATA POSITIONS, AND USER- POSITION-LINKED DATA TRANSFERRING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the availability of the user-data present on a network by utilizing mobile communicating equipments, by reducing the delay required on the network when accessing the user-data in an information communicating system having the configuration of accessing the user-data stored in memories present on the network, and further, by making executable the access-processing in a short response time. SOLUTION: A user-position-linked data transferring apparatus is provided every area. This apparatus has a memory portion for temporarily memorizing sensed user-data. When a user moves to another area, the user-position-linked data transferring apparatus which is present in a moving-destination area so senses the user position as to move the user-data from the user-position-linked data transferring apparatus which is present in the area of the user having stayed up to now to the one which is present in the moving-destination area.
