COMPONENT MOUNTING METHOD AND SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately and reliably mount components according to the production program data even regardless of aging or an environmental changes. SOLUTION: Production program data for manufacturing a board by mounting components on the board is created (S1). When specific data (light source intensity) in the production program data is stored in a component mounting machine as data peculiar to the component mounting machine (S11, S13), correction is made on the basis of the peculiar data where specific data is stored (S14), and components are mounted following the corrected production program data (S15). In this configuration, even if specific data are changed due to aging or an environmental changes, changed data are inputted to a mounting machine for correction so that components are mounted following the appropriate production program data.
