Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently gather questionnaires regarding the products or services of a plurality of companies and to compare the questionnaire results of the products or services provided by different companies. SOLUTION: For the respective products 7a-7f or services to be the target of the questionnaire for a plurality of the companies, questions to be adopted to the questionnaire are registered (step S1). Then, through a network 9, the answers of customers to the questions adopted to the questionnaire for the products 7a-7f or the services are received in a unified input procedure (step S2).
