Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a high reliable telepromotion efficiently by accurately and surely acquiring the electronic mail addresses of attendants and excluding useless processing work. SOLUTION: A center mail address A is republished to the attendants previously. If a center receives the electronic mail that arbitrary attendants transmit to the center mail address A, the center reads the mail addresses of the attendants. Then the participating qualification for the telepromotion is given to the arbitrary attendants by transmitting URL of site S for telepromotion to the mail address of the attendants by the electronic mail.
