Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video display device capable of evading defects such as runaway of the video display device, lowering of quality and excess omission of information even when vertical synchronization signal frequencies are fluctuated. SOLUTION: The video display device is constituted so that the number of lines are detected, that operations for automatically varying a starting position, an ending position of enable pulses as control pulses of an image display device are performed by detection results of the number of lines and an operating point of control is further set.
