Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzing method for efficiently analyzing a chemical component contained as impurities in metal niobium or a niobium compound in a short time with a high sensitivity having a quantitative lower limit of ng/g level. SOLUTION: The metal niobium or niobium compound is dissolved in a solution containing hydrogen fluoride, and introduced to a separation device after the acid concentration of the solution is optimized, whereby the intended chemical component is separated in the state where the outflow of niobium which obstructs the measurement by a measuring device is suppressed as much as possible.
