PHOTOGRAMMETRY SYSTEM AND METHOD, AND RECORD MEDIUM FOR RECORDING PHOTOGRAPMMETRY PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily obtain a accurate photographing image coordinates value of a reference point, improve accuracy in camera parameters and surveying drawing, and at the same time to simplify surveying work. SOLUTION: The brightness information of 256 gradation is detected for each of all pixels of a photographed image (S200). The brightness information is binarized at a specific threshold, and the position of a marking member in a target is calculated based on the binary data (S300). A reference scale region that fully includes the marking member and a reference point member around the marking point is specified based on the position of the marking position (S400). The position of the reference point is calculated from the reference scale region (S500), and the true center-of-gravity coordinates value of the reference point is calculated (S600).
