AIR-CONDITIONING METHOD AND AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently store cold or heat by spreading cold air or warm air jetted from a fan coil unit 26 in a wide region of a ceiling-side concrete floor slab 22 in a thermal storage period in the night. SOLUTION: By operating the fan coil unit 26 in the night not requiring the air conditioning of a living room space K, cold air or warm air is blown over the undersurface of the ceiling-side concrete floor slab 22 from discharge ports 34 for night thermal storage. The blown cold air or warm air is branched and flows from the centers of the spaces in respective girders toward the side parts on both sides along a projecting part 40A and a recessed part 40B on the undersurface of a deck plate 40 by Coanda effect in the spaces in the respective girders, and passes beams 16 by passing the inside of the recessed part 40B at a position with the beams positioned to flow toward the side parts of the spaces of the respective girders by passing beams 16, so that the cold and the heat are stored throughout a wide region of the floor slab 22.
