Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a torque step generated in switching the combustion of an engine by controlling a motor adequately. SOLUTION: A motor torque arithmetic selecting unit 52 selects whether the number-of-revolutions feed back control is carried out or not on the basis of an engine control switching signal. When the engine control switching signal is '0', a demand torque value to the motor is used just as a torque command to the motor. When the engine switch control switching signal is '1', a motor torque compensation value, calculated by using a motor target revolution arithmetic means 50 and a motor torque compensation value arithmetic means 51, is added to the motor torque demand value, and the result is used as the torque command of the motor.
