Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protector to be utilized for a system for connecting an outdoor antenna device and a receiver installed indoors via a coaxial cable inexpensively in simple structure. SOLUTION: The outer conductors of input/output coaxial terminals are coupled by a metal substrate M1mounted with the terminals and their inner conductors are directly coupled by a conductor plane M2formed on the surface of a circuit board P. Then, the circuit board P is supported by a wall body structure Mferected from four sides of the metal substrate M1, and a ground conductor (m1) of the circuit board P is coupled with a ground potential by this wall body structure Mf.
