MACHINE STATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the state of a machine such as a construction vehicle, and to notice the machine state to each client in a method corresponding to the condition of the client. SOLUTION: A vehicle monitoring system 1 monitors the latest states of remote vehicles 17, 17,..., and provides the display of the monitored results (position, failure, parts replacement period or the like) to a dealer system 7 and an end user system 9 as necessary, and when acquiring a new monitored result, the vehicle monitoring system 1 transmits a pop-up message to the user systems 7 and 9 to automatically display it. The vehicle monitoring system 1 prepares the report of the machine states in response to a request from the dealer system 7, and transmits it to the end user by a facsimile or electronic mail, and makes the end user system 9 automatically display the pop-up message of the result.
