Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to receive hot air without moving a body by turning an electric heating element by an improved transmission mechanism three- dimensionally through 360° according to a fixed route. SOLUTION: This omnidirectional oscillating electric heater comprises an electric heating element 5, a synchronous motor 7, a transmission means, and a support frame 25. The transmission means comprises a fan type rotating shaft 18, a ball lever 11, a lock frame 13, a main shaft 22, and a U-aluminum frame 23. The fan type rotating shaft 18 is fitted to the axis of the synchronous motor 7, the ball joint of the ball lever 11 is fitted into the fan type rotating shaft 18, and the arm of the lock frame 13 is fixed to the ball lever 11 with rivets. The lock frame 13 is fixed to the main shaft 22, and the main shaft 22 is fixed to the support frame 25 through the U-aluminum frame 23. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
