Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the moldability of a minute and thin heat exchange film. SOLUTION: The heat exchanger element consists of a bottom part 9 formed by plastic deformation, a peak part 8 formed by plastic deformation, and a wall part 11 in which the bottom part 9 is bonded to the peak part 8, and which is formed by plastic deformation. A hole 12 is previously opened in the wall part 11 ahead the plastic deformation. Because the plastic deformation is carried out in the state where the hole 12 is opened, work hardening is suppressed during the plastic deformation. Such the hole 12 brings about a dual-purpose effect of increasing the circulation of a fluid and increasing heat exchange efficiency. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
